It is good to heal cold and asthma if worn during meditation (Japam). Rudraksha Mala or Bracelet must be made of 108, 54, 36, 27 or 18 beads. Women can also wear Rudraksha Mala except during menstruation. Honey coloured Rudrsksha beads are best.
